Do you recommend a lip lift for my small lips and width? (Photos)

I would begin with a lip lift. A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners. You would also benefit from a rhinoplasty and that can be done at the same time. It is also possible that you would benefit from a chin augmentation but I would need a side view to give you a more accurate answer.

​You would get a nice improvement with lip fillers. Volbella, Restylane, and Juvederm are good to create a symmetrical lip. NovaThreads can be used to improve lift and shape. Yes you can just have lip lift or consider multiple surgeries for multiple facial issues. Best to seek only in person or virtual consults. I recommend rhinoplasty with chin implant as 1st operation.
