Do you recommend a lip lift for my small lips and width? (Photos)

I am interested in learning more about t potentially combining procedures. I have a wonky nose and pointy chin also and assymetrical face. I have thin lips , cannot see upper lip from above. I have downturned corners of mouth/ constant frown. I have the horizontal width of lips being smaller than width of nose. Assymetrical face and hollowness mean also eyes are uneven and eyelids uneven and bad underneath eye bags and hollowness. Possible combinations of surgery?

There is no doubt that lip lift would create an improvement! This applies in particular to functional aspect of smile and tooth show. Repair of DSN muscle would not have place but lip lift which will include removal of the upper portion of orbicularis oris muscle, fill the nostril sill and...

I recommend a lip lift. A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.
