This is how my smile looks when I smile. I don’t want to put Botox because it will hide even more my teeth. I wanna raise the other half. How is that possible?

There is no doubt that lip lift would create an improvement! This applies in particular to functional aspect of smile and tooth show. Repair of DSN muscle would not have place but lip lift which will include removal of the upper portion of orbicularis oris muscle, fill the nostril sill and...

I recommend a lip lift. A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.
