How to get rid of this lump on my eyelid? (Photo)

Question

Good morning, I had two chalazions in my left eye—one that formed at the end of January and another in April. I underwent surgery for both. The first one was in June and another one in August. Now, my eyelid looks like this. My main concern is how to get rid of the lump. Sometimes both of my eyelids swell up overnight. An ophthalmologist has informed me that the chalazion is gone. I am considering purchasing OCuSOFT HypoChlor Eyelid Spray.

The first of your five photos shows your finger pointing to a small bump on the skin between your lower eyelid in your nose. If this is what's bothering you, this could be removed by a dermatologist or a facial plastic surgeon. Depending on your examination, a shave biopsy with local anesthetic may be curative. Generally it takes a few months to have these problems resolve completely after surgery. Hot compress with tea help. I'm not familiar with that product.
