For a conservative lip lift in a male patient, how many mm (roughly) might you remove?

I'm considering a lip lift but am concerned about irreversibly feminizing my face (I'm male). If you wanted to create a subtle, conservative, natural-looking improvement to a male philtrum and upper lip, how many millimeters--give or take--of skin might you remove?

You should be able to wear a retainer without issue after a lip lift. You may have some swelling in the upper lip region but this will not effect your retainer use or your end results.

Tough to say without full views of the area, but remember that a vermillion lip lift leaves you with a permanent scar, which can sometimes be problematic or visible. The biggest thing I see in your current photo versus your goal photo is your lip filler. You have filler migration in the upper...
