My mouth was uneven to begin with. I had a liplift and I was hoping that with a little over correction on one side it could be evened out. Also I was maybe hoping for a little bit more result as in teeth showing after. My question is really.. is it even possible to correct a uneven mouth, or is the mouth after a liplift always uneven as before?

Answer: Asymmetry Asymmetry of the mouth can be improved with an uplift of the upper lift. This technique will require more incisions on one side than the other to improve the asymmetry. From the image, it seems that the left side is more lower than the right and would need more elevation.
