Will a 2 mm increase due to septorhinoplasty make my nose appear noticeable bigger? (photo)

Based on your photos, you appear to have thin nasal skin which tends to show more irregularities after rhinoplasty surgery then thicker nasal skin types. In that regard, it is essential that you are completely comfortable with the advice of your rhinoplasty specialist since you must be completely confident in doing this surgery. On your frontal photo, we can see an indentation along the left sidewall of your nose which could represent internal nasal valvular collapse which may require a spreader graft to repair it. Spreader grafts can lead to several millimeters of widening, however, if this is placed properly it may lead to a straighter nasal appearance. If you have any hesitation at all, please consider Consulting with several reputable rhinoplasty specialists so you can see what might be best for you moving forward.
