I'm 52 year old caucasian female whose facial features are very symmetrical. There is nothing wrong with HOW my nose looks although on the inside top right side is slightly concave obstructing my breathing by 15%. A NHS surgeon recommended a Septorhinoplasty and said it will increase the size of my nose by 2mm on each side. Is this big? No examples were shown so I'm really struggling with how this will look as I like my current nose. Help!! I'm spinning with if I should do this.
