Based on your photos, you appear to have a widened appearance of your nasal bridge. Did you have your surgeon remove a dorsal hump? Removal of a dorsal hump without adequate osteotomies can lead to a widened nasal appearance. If this is the case, osteotomies should do the trick for providing nasal narrowing. Sorry to hear of your septoplasty experience. In general, a septoplasty and turbinate reduction surgery should not change the shape of your nose. I would recommend discussing what if any "implant" was used to widen the external and internal portions of your nose. If your surgeon used permanent implants then the best way to restore the appearance of your nose would be to remove them. By 10 months your nose is now healing. Discuss with your surgeon, good luck and be well.

A septoplasty and turbinate reduction should cause no external change. I think you need to clarify if there was an agreement to do cosmetic work as well
