Scar on my nose after rhinoplasty. What scar removal options do I have? (Photo)

I've had a rhinoplasty 2 years ago, the cast was fitted too tight left me with this scar on my nose tried laser, microneedling, fat grafting but all failed to get rid of it. it looks like a hypertrophic scar inside a deep atrophic scar. feels deep when touching it and uneven from surronding skin. what options can get it removed at any cost
