TCA CROSS is a quick and relatively inexpensive treatment that has nearly a quarter of century track record under its belt for both efficacy and safety for improving ice pick scars and dilated pores and the additional benefit of being safe for use in all skin types, including all shades of skin of color. Subcision for elevating and smoothing indented scars would be more appropriate for the few, broader-based boxcar scars seen in the photos. This procedure, which I have been performing since 1994 also has a proven track record of safety and efficacy in all skin types. You would be wise to consult a board certified cosmetic dermatologist and to be wary of venues hawking all kinds of here-today-gone-tomorrow, relatively expensive, "bells and whistles" fraxel lasers, RF and ultrasound machines.
