How to get rid of purple under eyes? (Photo)

I would like to get rid of the purple colour under my eyes. Some of it is caused by clearly visible small veins, but even around those veins it is purple. I have visited some clinics that say they don’t do laser this close to the eyes, so I’m not sure what to do. Maybe skin tightening would also help? Any advice would be appreciated.

Thank you for your question! At our practice we use Excel V+ in regard to facial telangiectasia. This laser is effective for treating red facial veins with diffuse redness. A few treatments may be necessary for removal at 8–12 week intervals.
