Which type of laser would minimize the appearance of 5 years old under eye pigmentation after microneedling? (photos)

since microneedling about 5 years ago, I got this pigmentation under my left eye and have tried all kinds of creams - obagi system, hydroquinone plus retinol, other combination like azelaic acid and arbutin Nothing has worked. Looks like it is deeper in my dermis and wondering if any laser suitable for brown skin will work? Appreciate suggestions.

Thank you for your question! At our practice we use Excel V+ in regard to facial telangiectasia. This laser is effective for treating red facial veins with diffuse redness. A few treatments may be necessary for removal at 8–12 week intervals.

The reason you have some skin discoloration is because cafe au lait spots can only be treated with an alex short beam laser. That particular laser cannot be used on your skin type without causing permanent hyper or hypopigmentation. only a yag laser can be used on your skin type but a yag...
