Hemosiderin or tyndall removal? (Photo)

Question

I have already inquired about my problem. I am now attempting to just remove the Tyndall effect, or Hemosidrin blue shading. Is there a laser that can remove this, that's 6 yrs old, that came about 3 yrs after silicone sas placed. I just want the blue removed.

Hello Francolady.  If the bluish hue is a product of superficial injections of hyaluronic acid based filler then dissolving it with Hyaluronidase (Hylenex) is a good solution.  Have you done this yet?  If it's related to a silicon injection, then Hylenex will not work.  As an alternative, we have used q-switched lasers in the past for a blue discoloration that was associated with an unknown injection product under the eyes and were able to get rid of the bluish color.  It was not the Tyndall effect, it was some kind of oxidation of the unknown substance that caused the blue color.
