How can I get rid of my epicanthic fold? (photo)

I want to get rid of my epicanthic fold and create the look I'm doing on the photos. Will it be possible to achieve this with rhinoplasty? I don't really want to change my nose but just that bit. Will nose fillers also help with this?

There are two different procedures that may help your epicanthal folds of the medial canthus of your eyes. First a rhinoplasty which involves narrowing the nasal bony vault. Second a surgical procedure, which would decrease the tension of the skin in the medial canthal region.
