Is my rhinoplasty considered a successful one? Side nasal bones are still asymmetrical (Photos)

I had a dorsal hump and wide nasal bone and a bulbous tip, I’m almost a year post op, and i noticed my side nasal bones are still asymmetrical, when i asked him why he said it was fractured prior and he cant make them fully symmetrical due to my “anatomy”, and i have a bump on the surpa tip after he shaved down my dorsal hump. he injected me with cortisone to lower it. will i see any results?

It's hard to see the symmetry of the bones in these photos -- it's a hard thing to photograph right. Personally, I'd like to see the upper part of your bridge lowered more so it's not as full. Was there a large-ish bump on the bridge that was taken down? Most of my patients would want to see the tip a bit higher as well. Any of this ring true to you?

Will Cortizone reduce the “hump“ of you a supra tip? if the “hump” of your supratip is mostly Scar tissue, then the Cortizone will probably help.If, however, it is cartilage, then the Cortizone shot will not help. My guess is that it is cartilage from the appearance of it, but it may be scar tissue.. It also appears that you have a high radix.
