Dear doctors, What is wrong with my nose and the bone. On one side it is even worse. I did not correct any of the photos. The bone from my nose is showing in my face and I don't like it but even worse I does not feel good when I touch my face. It does not hurt. Let me be clear. Is it aging? This has been the same already for a few years. my nasal septum has been straightened 1 xby a doctor because it was crooked due to a fall. Still a tiny bit but the doctor doesn't want to do anything

Perhaps your nasal bones may need to be narrowed at their bases for a more symmetrical and narrower appearance. Consider getting a copy of your operative reports and consult with a reputable rhinoplasty specialist. Hope this helps. Dr Joseph

Is anything wrong with your bony nasal pyramid? Your bony dorsal nasal pyramid appears to be rather wide based. This is creating a bit of an’inverted V “effect. This is not the result of aging. Assuming that the fullness you are pointing to on each side is the base of your nasal bones, the treatment would be to in fracture the nasal bones, narrowing the bridge of the nose and eliminating the “inverted V“ effect
