breast revision surgery is the most difficult plastic surgery procedure performed. Botched breast surgery alters normal tissue planes and laxity, the ability of breasts to heal properly, and leaves scar tissue that dramatically affects the level of difficulty of the corrective surgery.
Many patients come in to correct poor outcomes from their initial surgeries. The most common problems are due to implant malposition, bottoming out of the implant, poor scarring, and incorrect implant size.
While the type of revision required will depend on the result of the previous surgery and the desired result of the patient, some revisions involve extensive pocket repair that may or may not need specialized external bras.
If you are considering breast surgery revision, you should speak with a board certified plastic surgeon and have yourself properly assessed. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Also, you have to make sure that your surgeon understands your breast augmentation goals.

When wounds don’t heal, there’s usually some reason.
There are a number of reasons abreast lift wound would fail to heal.
Possible ideologies would include loss of blood supply, necrotic, tissue, needing debridement, or contamination of a foreign body is such as mesh or suture.
Four months is a long time to heal, unless there were some significant addition across.
This makes me think there may have been some contamination issue of a foreign body.
Regardless, as long as you’re well healed, and there’s no drainage or sign of an open wound you most likely will heal normally as long as a breast lift is not involved.
Revision work typically requires access to tissues.
Revision is a big word and can mean many different things when it comes to breast surgery.
Trans axillary or armpit approach really limits the surgeons ability to properly visualize and have control over the tissues inside the implant pocket. I suggest you let the surgeons do the surgery and ask what their recommendation would be.
A Quality assessment requires context. Most likely you should be able to have a revision without difficulty in healing.
Again, it depends on what is being done.
