Right implant moved out of place after 2 years - Will I need to replace both implants? (Photos)

Excuse my english, two years ago I had my 2nd breast augmentation surgery with the same doctor of the first one. I did the 2nd because I started with a flat chest and I thought a second surgery would be the final one for the look I wanted Implants are under the muscle. I loved them until one week ago I noticed the right looked out of place. It has the same look it had on my first surgery. I carry my dog 4kg a lot. Could this be a factor? I still havent contact the doctor. Im Not in the city so I have to wait What do you do in this case? I would really appreciate your opinions. Change both implants? Moving only the right one (the same implant without substitution) in the right place? I hope the latter is possible since I guess it would cost less and it would be less stress for my body. Thanks so much
