Bump in glabella 2 years post rhinoplasty. Is this too dangerous to remove? (photos)

It is exceedingly rare but remember, the face is composed of a very dense network of interconnecting blood vessels of all sizes. Therefore, it is theorically possible to get an embolism of filler from an injection anywhere in the face - this embolism could then make its way through the maze of blood vessels to the retinal artery which could cause blindness, though exceedingly rare.

A consultation would have to be necessary to assess the bump. Make sure to consult with your original surgeon if it’s possible.
