After my last rhinoplasty over 2 years ago, I developed a bump n the glabella and I want to remove it. On the glabella there is a main artery going to the eyes and I read that if it’s cut I could die bleed and if the artery is accidentally injected with a vasoconstrictor to stop bleeding it could block the artery and make me blind. Is this true? We don’t know if the bump is a callus or a lipogranuloma from antibiotic ointment. Thanks in advance
