I had rhinoplasty 3 years ago, and my smile has not returned back to normal. I appear to have a double lip when I smile now, and a bit of my inner philtrum hangs down above my teeth. The shape of my upper lip has changed a lot from the side profile too (giving a stiff upper lip look). My septum was lifted quite a lot and my bridge is far too low, so I'm looking to get augmentation surgery. Could this fix my lip too, or will I need further surgery?

Hello! Nostril correction can be done easly. Your nose tip is short. Short and elevated tip cause pig nose apperance. It should be elongated. I suppose, rib cartilage will be needed in your case. Nostrils should be adjusted according to new tip. It can be done with alarplasty.
Based on your picture, you would need a modified Wier alar based excision with potential alar/piriform pexy to adjust any asymmetry in height.
Make sure to consult with a board certified plastic surgeon well versed in rhinoplasty revisions.
Best of luck !
First of all, this is a very minute amount of asymmetry or unevenness. In fact, I'm pretty sure most surgeons would tell you to leave this alone. Plastic surgery, and especially rhinoplasty, is not a surgery of perfection but rather of improvement. That means you will always have some asymmetry...
