I had otoplasty on my ears 15 years ago. I was left with an overcorrected ear and the other ear sticking out. Would it be possible to bring both ears in close to the head as originally wanted? Thanks

There is a new method that allows you to choose the position you like even during the operation. It is the minimally invasive stitch method from Dr. Merck in Konstanz, Germany
I think addressing ears is an important part of facial rejuvenation. Based on the pictures it appears you can benefit from an ear lobe repair. Fat grafting would help restore volume as well as taking away excess skin. Hope that helps!
