Implants feel like they're moving/pulling when I bend over or lay down - is this a return of capsular contracture?

Two years ago, I had breast implant revision to address capsular contracture (ADM and extensive antibiotics). The surgery was successful with no recurrence of the contracture; however, recently, I experience an uncomfortable moving/rolling and pulling/ripping feeling when I bend over or lay down. At this time, I had hormonal changes, which caused my breasts to swell and although the swelling has subsided the pulling/rolling feeling continues. Unsure if this is temporary or a return of cap con.
