There are different types of machines to harvest and concentrate the PRP. You want to make sure that the PRP you are receiving is a true dual spin PRP machine like Emcyte. This machine and procurement process is validated to concentrate your platelets 7-9x. This is important because if it isn't concentrated appropriately, you will not see the best results.
