Will PRP work for me given that I quit vaping 1 month before my treatment?

My hair loss is in early to moderate stage. I have been vaping nicotine for a couple years but have recently lowered my vaping intake as I want to start prp treatment in one months time. I plan to quit vaping completely starting now as I heard it will improve blood circulation to my scalp and help with my platelet count. Will the PRP be effective given that I quit vaping 1 month before my treatment?

PRP administered by an expert should not cause scar tissue. In fact, PRP is used to treat scarring hair loss. The one exception may be if a person is a active Keloid former. However, it's very rare to see Keloids in the scalp. In summary, Don't be concerned about PRP leading to scarring. PRP...

Thank you for your question. Usually we recommend to have 4 treatments every 4-6 weeks during first year , and then 1-2 treatments per year following years for maintenance.
