What procedures would you recommend to make my face more feminine? (Photo)

I’m wondering what’s the best way to feminimize my face. How to achieve permanent, apples of the cheeks? Would I need my brow bone shaving? I think it would be best to start with rhinoplasty, but where would I go from there?

Feminisation of the face is a complex procedure and usually requires multiple interventions. I would recommend Chin Reduction and Submental Liposuction. Other procedures that can be helpful in making a more feminine look can also be Rhinoplasty and Brow Lift.
