I'm a 22 year old cisgender/born female women, what can be done to make my face look more feminine please? Thank you in advance!

A side view photo is the most valuable for determining what is necessary. However, based upon what I can see you would likely benefit from a forehead reduction procedure and something to adjust the front (not side) of your cheeks.

Feminisation of the face is a complex procedure and usually requires multiple interventions.

I would recommend Chin Reduction and Submental Liposuction. Other procedures that can be helpful in making a more feminine look can also be Rhinoplasty and Brow Lift.

1. Irregular Trichophytic Forehead Lift with hairline lowering and Orbital Bone Conturing. 
2. Rhinoplasty with himp removal,tip refinement 
3. Chin reduction and contouring 
4. Neck liposuction 
5. Cheek implants
Make sure you see the hairline with the hair pulled back.
