As you can see in the photos, my chin droops downwards even at rest and is exacerbated when smiling. Weirdly, it is more prominent on my right side than my left side. I have had 2ML of filler already in my chin in my chin dimple area and crease. What procedure would help relax my chin more when smiling and make sure it droops/protrudes less? Is the fat under my chin also making the chin droopyness look worse? Could botox help?
