The lower 1/3 of the face is primarily determined by the shape and size of the mandible especially the relationship between the mandible and the middle part of the face or the Maxilla.
In order to make a good assessment we need to see relationships between both those structures. Your pictures are in adequate to make a good assessment.
The problem is not soft tissue related but it’s related to the shape and size of your mandible.
There may be soft tissue treatments that can give us some improvements but fundamentally the problem (if you wanna call it a problem) stems from The shape of your mandible.
Considered consulting with oral surgeons and plastic surgeons.
