Answer: A combination of Morpheus8 and ultherapy can help reduce appearance and give you a slimmer look A non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon

Answer: Need to come in to consult For unique cases where a variety of modalities could be used to treat the condition, I would suggest an in-person or virtual consultation to develop a custom and effective treatment plan. It is difficult to precisely define the best option without collecting the same information. I suggest reaching out to an expert for a consultation with surgical and non-surgical methods to get a comprehensive option. Best, Dr. Emer.

Answer: Double chin Dear mia000005, I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice. Answer: Making a facial assessment Making a facial assessment requires at a minimum patients present quality facial pictures. look at how plastic surgeons take before and after pictures to get an idea of what we need. They’re basically mug shots. we need to see the full head from the frontal and side view without facial expression. 95+ percent of individuals seeking liposuction of the chin and neck have a facial skeletal imbalance. almost always these individuals have a mandible that is small or lacking in projection in comparison to the Maxilla. this typically also represents with a dental occlusion overbite, the upper lip typically shows more forward projection than the lower lip on sideways views, the patient is prone to forming a double chin, lack of jaw line definition and premature jowls. Individuals with substantial amount of subcutaneous fat and especially those who have good skin elasticities like young people can get quality results from Liposuction. Making an assessment regarding who will get quality results from Liposuction and who will not require skill and experience. Plastic surgeons with sufficient skill and experience should be able to predict accurately who is going to get quality results and who will not. The choice of providers for liposuction procedures is critical and maintaining consistent high quality results and high patient satisfaction. The same is true for making a quality assessment in regards to understanding the primary problem, accurately predicting the impact of each procedure and recommending ideal treatment options. Facial aesthetics on young people is almost purely based on facial bone structure. Soft tissue covering tends to be quite consistent from person to person. The variables that determine if someone looks masculine, feminine, attractive or not so attractive or almost purely based on bone structure. For this reason treatment plans that don’t take the primary problem in the consideration are going to be of limited success. Again without posting pictures we can’t begin to make an assessment but most likely you have deficiencies in your mandible especially in relationship to the Maxilla. Tissues that can affect that part of your face include first and foremost bone structure but also skin, subcutaneous fat, submandibular glands, the platysma muscle and sub platysmal fat. Consider consulting with both oral surgeons and plastic surgeons to get input from doctors with different backgrounds. oral surgeons or plastic surgeons with craniofacial fellowship training often see things more from a skeletal perspective why plastic surgeons often look for soft tissue solutions first. In the end the most important starting point is having a clear understanding of what the problem is. Simply making an accurate diagnosis is not all that straightforward and a surprising number of providers lack the ability to do this consistently. I cannot emphasize enough the importance of selecting the most talented and experienced providers. Best, Mats Hagstrom MD
