Thank you for sharing your questions and posting your photos. Depending how far back your surgery was you can massage the eyelid upward to bring it back to the normal position. Other than that there is no home remedy. Surgery performed by an experienced oculoplastic surgeon can easily fix the rolling down/outward of the lid (ectropion).

You are experiencing lower lid retraction on the right lower lid. This can resolve to some degree after surgery within the first few months. You need to be doing lower lid push ups (pushing and stretching the lower lid upwards with your fingers) and would benefit from 5FU injections. You should be following up with your surgeon. If it does not resolve, revision surgery would be required. Best of luck.

This looks like an ectropion most likely post transcutaneous blepharoplasty. If it has been one month since surgery you can start doing some eye exercises like massaging in upward direction and opening and closing eyes tightly. However, in all likelihood you will need corrective surgery called canthopexy or canthoplasty.

This condition can occur after a blepharoplasty, and is not neccessarily due to the surgeon. There can be clot in the muscle, bruises on the nerves, and just residual swelling. Early treatments consist of taping, message, in jection of 5 FU, steroids(I am not a fan as it can thin the muscle) and ultimately and canthal procedure to pull up the lower eyelid. So it can changed, and treatment will depend upon how far out from the surgery.

Lower blepharoplasty performed when there is some laxity or looseness of the lower eyelid can result in a condition called ectropion. Ectropion is a downward pull of the lower eyelid which you can see most noticeably on your right side. In some cases it is simply scleral show which means more of the white of the eyes showing to your case on the right side lid actually pulls down.

This can be corrected with a surgical procedure called a canthoplasty or canthopexy.

If your right eye feels irritated or is getting drythen having this corrected soon is very important.
