Answer: Need to come in to consult For unique cases where a variety of modalities could be used to treat the condition, I would suggest an in person or virtual consultation to develop a custom and effective treatment plan. It is difficult to precisely define the best option without collecting the same information. I suggest reaching out to an expert for a consultation with surgical and non-surgical methods to get a comprehensive option. Best, Dr. Emer.

Answer: How you may benefit from blepharoplasty Thank you for your question and photos. It appears that you may have ptosis of the eyelid, causing the muscles that lift your eyelid to weaken and produce a slightly asymmetrical and drooping appearance. The ptosis can be corrected with blepharoplasty surgery to tighten the muscle and provide a subtle lift. I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with an experienced, board-certified facial plastic surgeon. They will be able to assess your concern and determine the best approach to help you achieve your aesthetic goals.

Answer: Surgery to Open Eyelids Firstly, please advise if you have had botox within the past 5 months.Assuming no Botos treatments, you have to consider your anatomy and current eyelid function. Is the eyebrow at the level that you desire? How tight is your eyelid closure? Do you have dry eyes/ can you wear contact lenses? The answer to these will determine whether you have a browlift and/or a procedure to open the eyelids.

Answer: Ptosis It sounds like you may be experiencing ptosis, which is a condition where the upper eyelid droops and can cause the eyelashes to be obscured. Ptosis can be caused by several factors, including age, trauma, neurological disorders, and genetics. Eyelash serums may not be effective in treating ptosis, as they are designed to promote eyelash growth rather than address the underlying causes of the condition. You would be a good candidate for eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty), which can correct the drooping and restore the natural contour of the eyelid. A brow lift (forehead lift) can also be considered to improve the appearance of your eyes: A brow lift can raise the eyebrows and smooth forehead wrinkles, which can create a more alert and youthful look. It is recommended that you schedule a consultation with a qualified plastic surgeon who can evaluate your condition and discuss your options. They will be able to recommend the most appropriate treatment plan based on your individual needs and goals. I hope this helps, best of luck !
