Answer: Replacement of Veneers 8 & ( or 7,8,9 & 10 DNA Appliance candidate. You did not include a pisture with a natural smile which lets us see the appearance in a natural position. The teeth look wider because they are short. If I was doing pure cosmetic work I would suggest a little crown lengthening before replacing to achieve a result closer to Golden dimensions. Doing the front four teeth would definitely look better than doing just two teeth. Never do six veneers, almost always looks wierd but could do 8. Do you have jaw issues, TMD, headaches, migraines? At first glance I would consider you as aan excellent candidate for 3D expansion with a DNA Appliance. This would give better lip support. If you are symptom free than , in my office I would probably do 4 veneers. Want are your desires for ideal outcome? The time to decide this is before starting to do wrk. Pictures smiling , talking and candid are usually best.

Answer: Veneer replacement Hi, If you have porcelain veneer as apposed to direct composite veneers, you will require to change them to new veneers. When there is a space between veneer margin and gum level , in addition to compromised aesthetic, it can accumulate plaque and cause discoloration and gum inflammation, which could results in swollen gum or gum recession. a good marginal adaptation in veneers are essential for preservation gum and stop plaque gathering on the margins. I hope this.Dr Sara Amini, City of London

Answer: It has to be renewed Hello, in the previous work made to close the gap between your teeth, the inclusion of only the front two teeth in the prosthesis caused the front two teeth to appear larger than the proportion of the other teeth. At the same time, the veneer restorations, whose edge harmony has deteriorated, need to be redone. According to the current situation, it would be more appropriate to restore the anterior 6 teeth in a way to correct the proportion ratio with veneers.

Answer: Correct Veneers Hello, my name is Dr Tyler Hales and I am a cosmetic dentist located in South Orange County California. Are those the temporaries or are they the finals? If they are the temps you can have them reshaped before the finals are put in so that the finals are not as bulky. If they are the finals than you can either have them reshaped by a cosmetic dentist but there is limits of what even I could achieve because I don't know what the prep was and don't want to make the porcelain too thin. Or redo with new veneers. I do feel like are of the issue is they come out too far. Your natural teeth flair inward and create a narrow looking smile while the new veneers come out and make the appearance of bulky. You could do more veneers if you want a more broad smile or want the rest of the teeth to appear bigger.
