I have a really short nose which is slightly upturned. How much difference could I realistically achieve with a short nose rhinoplasty?

Your nose looks also slightly deviated from the front.Rotating your tip down to lengthen it would likely need small grafts from your nasal septum and a slight change to the shape of your tip cartilages. Answer: Making a nose longer... It is possible to make a nose appear a little longer with rhinoplasty. It is definitely easier to make a nose shorter than it is to make it longer, but it can still be done. Be sure to see a rhinoplasty specialist for consultation.
