Follow up question: Weird swelling at tip/alar cartilage 1 year post op? (photos)

This is some follow up photos/details from my previous question. I noticed the weird swelling/ledges of the alar cartilage around 4-5 months post op. And it became more prominent every month - it’s been one year post op now. I’ve added some photos - the one with the thumbs up was the day I got my cast off and I didn’t notice any of the cartilage showing through. I have also added some pre and post photos
