It is a little early for a capsular contracture. I would see your surgeon to make sure you don't have a hematoma in your breast pocket. That needs to be evacuated and a hematoma increases the risk of developing a capsular contracture in the future. I wash out all my breast pockets with hypochlorus acid which in very early data has been shown to decrease the rate of capsular contracture. Most importantly though you need to see your surgeon to check for a hematoma.
