I had breast implants placed under the muscle 5 weeks ago now. Im worried I may be experiencing capsular contracture. I know the healing process takes time but from my images etc would it be suspected????

Genetics, blood, bacteria and accumulation of inflammation can all play a role in triggering a Cap Con. Having another surgery in itself can potentially stimulate these multi factorial stimulators. Closely follow up with your surgeon and they will guide you. Best wishes!
You should have been offered biologic material known as acellular dermal matrix (ADM) like Strattice, not mesh, and it should have been offered after your first recurrence. Further, total capsulectomies via an inframammary incision is also important to diminish the risk of recurrence.
