Worried about capsular contracture in my 13 year old implants. How can I try and stop it advancing?

You can try singulair (allergy pill) and vitamin e (1000 units) daily to help slow the CC from happening. People respond to it differently and it isn't a guaranteed fix but it can help. I would also start massaging that side, plenty of youtube videos on implant massage.
Also, check with your implant company and the type of warranty you have on the implants, some warranties will cover cap con.

If you have just a capsular contracture and nothing else is wrong after seeing your plastic surgeon and your primary care doctor and reviewing your imaging studies and it is determined to be a capsular contracture than it is important to realize that a capsular contracture is not harmful to your health so waiting will not jeopardize your health.

Unfortunately there is nothing that can be done once a capsule establishes itself to prevent it from getting firmer or from contracting more.
