I recently exchanged my 20+ year-old implants, for new high profile silicone, under the muscle. Its been 6ish weeks, I do have very tight muscles, could they settle in and look normal? Im following my surgeons protocol with massage, singulair, breast strap etc... what are the chances they drop in and I dont have to have another surgery?
