Your breasts are wider than your chest wall and the breasts are almost touching in the midline. the volume of the implants is too great. I recommend smaller volume implants as well as circumareola lift to reposition the nipple-areola complex higher.

Thank you for your question and photos. You are very early in your post recovery journey. Implants typically start to drop at about one month, and may take a year to come to their final position. I would follow the guidelines set out by your Board Certified Plastic Surgeon. Please make sure that they know your concerns.

If your surgeon has you on Singulair, he/she has diagnosed capsular contracture even if not explicitly saying so. Unfortunately, the band, the medication, and the implant massage is useless; this has been known for almost two decades. You can stop it all. If there has been no changes by 3 months you can move forward with a total capsulectomy and replacement of implants.
