Your breasts are wider than your chest wall and the breasts are almost touching in the midline. the volume of the implants is too great. I recommend smaller volume implants as well as circumareola lift to reposition the nipple-areola complex higher.

If your surgeon has you on Singulair, he/she has diagnosed capsular contracture even if not explicitly saying so. Unfortunately, the band, the medication, and the implant massage is useless; this has been known for almost two decades. You can stop it all. If there has been no changes by 3 months you can move forward with a total capsulectomy and replacement of implants.
