38 y/o female, deep set eyes & lower brow naturally - brow lift or eyelid lift? (Photos)

Question

Hi i am a 38 y/o female. I have deep set eyes and lower brows naturally. My mother’s eyelids are very heavy and i can see mine getting heavier. I am trying to determine if an eyelid lift would be sufficient or if a brow lift would be recommended. Thanks!

You certainly do not need a brow lift, unless you are going for a "surprised look"!!
You would do great with a conservative upper blepharoplasty, and you are barely a candidate for that.
You would do well with a good botox regimen and a subtle skin only blepharoplasty!

Hi from Istanbul! Having both procedures together will give you a more refreshed eye area. An endoscopic brow lift or a brow lift performed from the scalp area would be sufficient for you. Additionally, removing excess skin from the eyelids and tightening the upper eyelid muscles will provide a well-rested and energetic appearance. Hope this helps, best of luck!

I recommend a brow lift.  This will decrease the vertical length of the forehead, pull up the eyebrows and lower the hairline.
