Nerve pain following Botox injection in February 2020 - can you help? (Photos)

Hi, I had botox for the first time in February 2020, and have been experiencing a burning, tingly tight abd heavy feeling around my eye ever since. I went back to the Dr who administered but she wasn't much help. Inow feel at a loss ax to what to do. I went to a different clinic a out a year ago, as I felt I had slightly less lift of my brow on my right side as a result of what I have just described. The sensation which is really intense at times. Can you help?
