Small notch in my bottom eyelid waterline after small chalazion removal (Photo)

I just had an ophthalmologist remove a small bump from my waterline about 6 days ago (yes I know it’s still healing). The scab from having it cauterized after the surgery has already fallen off but there is a small notch where the scab was. Is the notch normal, will the notch fill in when it heals more, or will I have to get a revision after it’s fully healed?

About that lower crease, yes it will go after some time. This is because of big cheek :) and the nose.
