If any provider guarantees you that there will not be a scar, you should flee the place immediately. Realistically, the idea is to leave the least visiible post-treatment mark possible. Excision surgery runs the risk, particularly in areas subject to much movement, for the subsequent development of a stretch scar and even tram track stitch marks. Scalpel Scupting, on the other hand, requires no deep cutting and no stitlches, eliminating the possibilities of either stretch scar formation and naturally no stitches means no possibility of stitch tracks.
