Left side of smile is higher than the other. How can this be treated? (Photo)

My smile is lopsided and the left side is higher than my right side. I also have a lot more lines and creases on my left side when smiling. I naturally have fuller lips but when I smile my upper lip kind of tucks underneath. Is the unevenness a cosmetic issue or skeletal issue? Also would Botox be beneficial at all to even my smile or stop my lips from tucking underneath?
