I have the Tyndall effect from filler underneath my right eye. Unfortunately, I am allergic to hylauradaise and therefore cannot have it dissolved. It is my understanding that the Tyndall effect is caused by filler placed too superficially, therefore, I was wondering if microneedling would penetrate the protruding skin and the filler would emerge. I realise usually filler is not affected. However, this is superficially placed filler.
