How long after facial fat transfer can you get another one?

I’ve found somewhere that can do facial fat transfer that I can really afford and I know they can achieve what they want with lots of photos in their gallery.

It is very hard to give you recommendation what to do without in person evaluation. Fine dermabrasion may be one of the options rather than fat grafting? Excision of the scar?
