Liposuction and blood clots/embolism?

Question

I have had two bbls with a great surgeon. The second bbl, my hips were made a bit too wide. Also I have put a bit of the weight back on. I want to go back for liposuction only to correct the hips and touch up other areas. If I didn't have any blood clots/complications in the first two is it more likely that I won't have any issues this time too? I'm scared to do a 3rd procedure due to risk. Should I avoid any areas, like legs? Thank you!

If you don’t have a history of abnormal bleeding or blood clot formation, that the chance of these problems should be pretty low.
I think what you should be worried about is having too many plastic surgery procedures.
Having body contouring isn’t like changing your hair color.
Eventually, you going to get to a point of irreversible complications.
A third procedure may or may not be indicated.
You didn’t include pictures so we can’t really make an assessment.
I think the biggest concern should be ending up with results that are in the end undesirable.
