Overfilled hip dips after TT/ lipo, 360 Lipo or lift? (Photos)

Im 27 lost around 50 kgs and had TT/ lipo 360. Im 9 months post op. The dr overfilled my hip dips which looks ugly and weird now especially when I sit because my upper body is small compared to my hips which now looks wider than it did before surgery. I still have some loose skin on my thighs but it isn't bothering me as much as my hips + saddle bags. How can this be solved? I'm afraid if I did lipo I'll end up with more loose skin.. is there a thing as outer thigh lift? Will i have dog ear?

The only way to reduce the volume of your hips is to remove some of the fat.  And, the best way to do this is with Liposuction.   Yes, you may have some loose skin depending on how much fat is removed as well as depending on your skin elasticity.   Yes, an Outer Thigh Lift is a real thing.  I do them all of the time, usually as part of a lower body lift, but just lifting your outer thighs is possible as well.

Congratulations on your impressive weight loss! An in person evaluation is best in order to give a recommendation.  Liposuction is  often used to help remove excess subcutaneous fat and sculpt your curves.  If you have good skin elasticity you could consider adding J Plasma to help tighten the skin.
