Just wondering what type of surgery would be required to fix the receding chin and the lack of jawline that comes with it. I want very subtle differences, and don’t want it to look perfect just a bit more forward and reduced/shorter so it evens out my side profile. Would it be a sliding genioplasty & liposuction? I know that i do not just want an implant as i would like to slightly reduce the length as well. Also I was not able to edit the liposuction part but the outcome is more obvious.
