I've never been happy with my mouth. I obviously have an overbite and a very long philtrum. I've been thinking a lip lift would definitely help. But recently have read a bit about v and y surgery improvements in lip size as well. I would love an upturn and definition I've never had. Hate that I've wasted so many years being unhappy with this part of my face. Thankful for any advice.
