Overbite and very long philtrum - What could be done to improve my lips? (photos)

I've never been happy with my mouth. I obviously have an overbite and a very long philtrum. I've been thinking a lip lift would definitely help. But recently have read a bit about v and y surgery improvements in lip size as well. I would love an upturn and definition I've never had. Hate that I've wasted so many years being unhappy with this part of my face. Thankful for any advice.

You are an excellent candidate for a lip lift. A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners. The procedure takes about 1 hour to perform under local anesthesia and costs $3,000.

You appear to be an excellent candidate for a lip lip. It will diminish the length of the philtral columns and provide a more full and pink lip. The distance between the base of the nose and pink of the lip should be 11-13 mm.

​You would get a nice improvement with lip fillers or a lip lift. Volbella, Restylane, and Juvederm are good to create a symmetrical lip. NovaThreads can be used to improve lift and shape.
