I had a full tummy tuck and liposuction, I was never overweight but my belly button had a sort of fold that I wanted to get rid of. Over time these dents have gotten worse, and there’s not much fat there at all. Will lasers or Morpheus8 help this? When I pick up the skin, the dimples disappear, and also when I’m lying down. The lump near my scar is due to a knot being left there. My surgeon has offered a revision but said takes no responsibility if it makes it worse and he’s never had this problem with ‘fibrosis’ before.

I would be cautious about treating this with Morpheus8 or a laser before you know exactly what is causing the dents. From your photo, this does not look like a simple skin texture problem, and if there is significant fibrosis or scar tissue tethering the skin underneath, tightening the skin above it may not correct the actual problem.
The fact that the dimples disappear when you lift the skin is interesting. It suggests there may be a mechanical component underneath the skin rather than something that simply needs more collagen production.
Morpheus8 can be very useful for skin laxity and remodeling, but that does not mean every irregularity after liposuction is a good indication for it. In your situation, almost three years after surgery, I would first have the area examined in person by a plastic surgeon experienced specifically with revision abdominal contouring. You need to determine whether you are dealing with fibrosis, adhesions, uneven fat removal, loose skin, or some combination of those before deciding how to treat it.
I would not add more energy to an area that is already irregular until I understood why it became irregular in the first place.
