How can I improve dark circles under my eyes? (Photos)

I have dark circles under my eyes & feel that they make me look older (I'm 37) I didn't always have them (see pic of when I was 22 for reference) so they may be caused by hollowing? I've tried PRP under eyes and had a very small amount of tear trough filler. Is there anything else I can do?
