I have significant bulging out of my right under eye following blepharoplasty of summer of '23. The performing surgeon stating it only being swelling, though never has it resolved itself and has been suggested a possibly issue of underlying muscle. When I squint to tighten that muscle a bit, the region then appears a bit more normally contoured, though I'm no expert. The first photo was taken several years prior to the procedure, the second being post op of three months showing the region void of natural contour as well as a tight straight line eyelid, the third picture the significant bulging out clearly shows. Please, your suggestions for procedure required to regain an aesthetically pleasing appearance? Thank you!
