Hi, when I was younger I was in a traumatic bicycle accident on the right side of my face that produced nerve damage. Over the years the asymmetry got worse and more evident. This picture is a few years ago, I have had ptosis surgery that was covered by insurance since, but my eyes still are asymmetrical. To me it's clear that my one eye is positioned higher than the other. You can see that my entire eye socket is positioned this way as well. My nose is another product of the bike accident. But for this post, I would love any feedback please on what procedures would fix this asymmetry as it is something that truly hinders my day to day life. I have done a ton of research and came across the usual blepharoplasty, strabismus surgery, retraction repairs, orbital surgery, and etc. None of my asymmetry that I want to correct is genetic, it is all a product of that accident I had and I would love to fix it so I can finally move on with my life. Thank you for any responses please.

You have several problems that I would address. Your upper eyebrows are too low and you would benefit from a brow lift. A brow lift will take care of the midline furrow above the nose, elevate the eyebrows higher and may be possible to lower the hairline. This will also take care of some...
Hi! It looks like the asymmetry you're noticing is likely due to eyelid position, not the actual eye socket being misaligned. The left eye appears to have mild ptosis (a slightly drooping upper eyelid), which is common and often subtle — especially when you're young.

Thank you for your inquiry! By your photos, it looks like you would be a great candidate for a lower bleph procedure as that procedure will remove excess skin to your lower eyelids. I recommend scheduling a consult appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon like myself so we can assess...
